Even your first video should have an eye and an ear to keeping it impersonal, or non-possessive. Try to submit a video of yourself teaching a sun salutation- with or without additions, just to try out the new method of cuing without "you" or "your."

#3 It is vital to remember to limit the seated position at the start of class. The ratio could be 1 part seated to 8 parts non-seated; Use the seated position only for Pranayama (cont. Above ->)
For a class longer than an hour, a longer meditation in seated position is ok, but unless this is a purely meditative practice, it is important to open at the hip flexors- to open the body, get the heart pumping, and renew the physical body through extension, strengthening, and stretching.
Too often, teachers stay seated for a good quarter of the class. This is detrimental to health in that we're already very good sitters in our culture. What we need is movement, extension, engagement of the entire body. We need to stretch the hip flexors, reach the arms up, open and strengthen the body. "Sitting is for Arses" as the German proverb goes... Let's get off our duffs...
